Dive into a world of discovery with Bajo el Mar (under the sea)! This unique family field trip invites you to explore the wonders of marine life while experiencing the joy of Spanish immersion. Led by our engaging Spanish instructor, Dr. Tweede, this event takes place at one of Arizona’s most fascinating destinations—Odysea Aquarium in Scottsdale.
Families will enjoy a private guided tour through colorful coral reefs, playful sea creatures, and mysterious deep-sea environments—all while learning and practicing Spanish in real-life contexts. Whether you’re a beginner or fluent speaker, every activity is designed to be inclusive, interactive, and fun for the whole family.
As part of our mission to create enriching experiences for children and families of color, this event fosters cultural connection, language learning, and shared community moments.
