Photo and Video Release Agreement

 

I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to Global Roots Academy and its representatives to take photographs and video recordings of my child and I during classes and events my child or I participate in. I understand that these images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publications, advertisements, social media, and other marketing materials related to Global Roots Academy in order to pursue its mission of providing its services to other low income families.

 

I acknowledge that:

 

1. Usage: The photographs and videos may be used without payment or any other consideration. 

2. Duration: This authorization shall remain in effect indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing.

3. Rights: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears.

4. No Compensation: I will not receive any compensation for the use of my image and consent.
